1. General Information

KIDZ 2 DAY operates as an online store offering print-on-demand products manufactured individually after an order is placed.

All items sold through this store are made to order using third-party fulfillment providers. Products are created specifically for each customer and are not pre-stocked inventory.

This policy is provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws governing distance sales in jurisdictions where our customers reside.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Because each item is produced only after purchase confirmation:

  • products are manufactured specifically for the customer;

  • items cannot generally be restocked or resold.

Accordingly, returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons related to personal preference, including but not limited to:

  • change of mind;

  • incorrect size selection;

  • color expectations;

  • ordering by mistake;

  • buyer’s remorse.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and sizing information prior to completing a purchase.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Customers are entitled to remedies where goods:

  • arrive damaged;

  • contain manufacturing defects;

  • materially differ from the ordered product;

  • are incorrectly produced or fulfilled.

If such an issue occurs, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • order number;

  • description of the issue;

  • clear photographic evidence.

Upon verification, we will, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law:

  • replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Damage

Damage caused during shipping must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Timely reporting is required because fulfillment partners maintain limited claim windows for shipping carriers.

5. Non-Returnable Items (Custom Production Exception)

Due to their customized and made-to-order nature, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • print-on-demand apparel;

  • custom printed accessories;

  • made-to-order artwork or merchandise;

  • limited or personalized items.

This limitation is applied in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including recognized legal exceptions relating to goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized items under EU distance-selling regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) and comparable international consumer protection frameworks.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders enter production shortly after purchase confirmation.

Therefore:

  • cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once production has begun;

  • customers should contact us immediately if an order was placed in error.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing times depend on payment providers and financial institutions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where an error originated from our fulfillment process.

8. Merchant Responsibility

KIDZ 2 DAY acts as the merchant of record for all purchases made through this store.

Production and shipping services are performed by third-party fulfillment providers; however, customer service, claims handling, and consumer rights obligations remain managed through this store.

9. Legal Notice Regarding Returns and Claims

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. All products are manufactured on demand specifically for the submitted order and are therefore subject to limited return eligibility as described in this policy.

  2. Product images displayed on the website are mockups or digital representations; minor variations in color, placement, or texture may occur due to production methods and do not constitute defects.

  3. Claims relating to defects, damage, or fulfillment errors must be submitted within the stated reporting period to allow verification with production and shipping partners.

These provisions are intended to ensure transparent expectations and fair resolution procedures consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.
